    As stated in the Stevenson / Farmer review of mental health and employers Thriving at Work, there are more people at work with mental health conditions than ever before. Increasing poor mental health have impact on individuals at work and outside of work.

    Apart from the human cost there is also a big financial cost to employers of between £33 billion and £42 billion annually. Now is the time to prioritise and invest in improving mental health. Employers who take steps to support mental health at work will benefit from a more productive and loyal workforce.
