About the course leader:
Luan is a chartered marketer, fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) with broad marketing experience. She's a specialist in the ever-changing world of social media. Her career has involved agency, client-side and consultancy roles. She has over 20 years' experience working with clients from the public and private sector, providing hands-on strategic consultancy on projects.
